1. Listing eligibility

Vendor listings are for businesses providing legitimate professional services. Markondo reviews every application and may approve, decline, or remove a listing at its discretion.

2. Accuracy of your listing

You represent that all information you submit — company name, services, credentials, and contact details — is accurate and that you are authorized to offer the services listed.

3. Packages and billing

Listings are sold as recurring monthly packages. Your listing remains active while your subscription is in good standing. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your listing stays live through the end of the paid period.

4. Verification and badges

The "Verified" badge reflects that Markondo reviewed your application; it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or certification of your work. Featured placement is a paid promotional position and does not imply a quality ranking.

5. Conduct and leads

Inquiries you receive through Markondo are for your own use in responding to potential clients. No spam, misrepresentation, or circumventing the platform to avoid fees. Violations may result in removal without refund.

6. Liability

Markondo is a directory. We do not employ vendors, supervise their work, or guarantee any engagement, and we are not party to agreements you make with clients. Buyers and vendors transact at their own risk and should perform their own due diligence.

7. Changes
