- How am I billed?
- Per project, every month, in US dollars, through Stripe. Each project you list carries its own plan, so two projects are two plans — and they can be on different tiers. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. Manage billing, on the Billing page of your account, opens your subscription in Stripe's billing portal. You can also write to hello@markondo.com.
- What happens to my listing if I cancel?
- The project stays in your account with everything you entered — nothing is deleted. What the plan added, such as featured placement, ends with it, and a project without an active plan can be taken off the public pages until it has one again.
