About This Project
The Atlantic Club Residences is a new luxury oceanfront condominium development bringing resort-style residential living to the Jersey Shore in Long Branch, New Jersey. Set across approximately four acres directly along the Atlantic Ocean, the development comprises 132 private residences across two residential towers, with most homes positioned to capture direct or partial water views. The project reached its structural topping-out milestone in June 2026 and is progressing toward completion in 2027. Residences range from approximately 993 to 4,246 square feet, with layouts spanning one to five bedrooms as well as a limited penthouse collection. Inspired in part by the glamour and architecture of Miami's iconic Fontainebleau, The Atlantic Club is designed to introduce a more contemporary, hospitality-driven style of beachfront living to Long Branch. Expansive glass, broad terraces and strong indoor-outdoor connections place the Atlantic Ocean at the center of the residential experience.
