While Brickell continues its vertical climb, Colette Residences takes a more intentional approach, a rare collection of just 38 boutique residences that stand apart in a skyline of soaring towers. Perfectly positioned between the vibrant energy of South Brickell and the quiet grace of Coconut Grove, Colette introduces a new rhythm of city living - measured, intimate, and refined. With architecture by OSPA, the five-story design rises gracefully to rooftop terraces that open to the Miami sky, offering a balanced composition of urban vitality and residential calm. Residences range from two to four bedrooms plus den, complemented by a curated selection of boutique amenities designed for comfort, privacy, and style.
